Refund Policy

Our desire is to serve you in the best way possible. We do that by combining incredible service and support for a low price. In this way, we make having identity theft recovery a reality for the many we serve. In the process of doing so, we sometimes encounter issues that may not be simple to resolve, resulting in an account cancellation. The following is our official refund policy.

Customers may receive a full refund for the first monthly fee if requested within 30 days of billing. Customers may request refunds past this period which will be addressed on a case by case basis by management.
